Chicken Fat Song
A trip down memory lane! I was talking to a friend at work this morning about needing to exercise and this song from my childhood popped into my mind. To my complete surprise, no one in my office had ever heard of it before. I mean, we used to have to exercise to this song in my gym class in Jr. High! Didn't everyone? So I went online and looked up the song and found it.

I remember! The same teacher that introduced me to Chicken Fat introduced me to "Up With People" and "Free to be, you and me"...remember those? :)
I remember it too! We used to use it in gym. Another one was 'Stretch and Fling, Stretch and Fling, Snap and Fling, Snap and Fling...' Do you remember that one?
I remember "Up with People", but not the others. I'm glad someone else remembers "Chicken Fat." I guess it was a southern thing!
I remember the Chicken Fat song and just introduced my 13 yo to that and to Clutch Cargo cartoons (does anyone remember those)? I also remember Up with People. Wow- the memories
